Communities (3)
In your family profile, you can easily upload pictures to represent your family and each family member. To do this choose “Edit” for a family photo and “Edit Family Settings” to give each family member of your family a photo.
Profiles on Commily are all about your family. You can decide to have one profile for your entire family or you can create a page for each family member. In these pages, you can share information with your Commily friends about what they like to do. This info should help your in planning playdates and theme events.
There are two choices: (1) you can send them an invite to join Commily ; (2)you can send them an email from within the invitation screen when setting up a playdate, carpool or activity.
Family Friends (5)
There are two ways:
1 - From the “Family Friends” box (top left) click on Manage Friends. From teh main screen choose My Family Friend Requests at the top. This screen will display your “Pending” as well as “Sent” Family Friend invitations.
2 - From the bottom left side under your calendar, you can View Invites “View Invites”. This screen will show you the status of Accepted, Pending or Expired invitations.
When a friend asks you to be a Commily friend, you will immediately get an invitation in your message box and your email. You can also accept requests from the “Family Friends” box (top left) Manage Friends. You will see the main screen, click on the My Family Friend Requests. This screen will display your pending as well as sent Family Friend invitations. Under Received Requests, to the right you can accept or deny the invitation by clicking on the appropriate option.
On the bottom left side, at the very bottom under the calendar, there is a box called “Invite a Friend”. You can send an email to the other family to invite them to join Commily.
The My Family Friends box, has a search option to “Search and Add Friends” You can use any word to search that may resemble the family you are looking for. try using the family's last name to search.
Your information is completely safe and secure. The ONLY people who see your personal information are your Commily Family friends.

On your Commily homepage, you will find an option button to edit your family profile. Once inside your profile, choose the “Edit Family Settings” option. Under the Family members section you can add a new member.

With Commily you can talk to parents and arrange activties for your child from any location, at anytime. Commily effectively organizes all your children’s activities within the commily calendar, tracking and scheduling requests to play and carpool, sending reminders, RSVP’s and thank-you’s.
With Commily you can always be organized and updated about your kids activities. With Commily you can talk to other parents in you neighborhood; from your kids school, your community centers, and faith organizations and arrange events with family buddies - playdates, carpools, parties, outings

Click on the top main tab Messages and go to the default display screen for “Sent Messages”.
Reminder messages are not in the current version of Commily but is one of the Premium services to be offered later this year.

Commily requires a family profile for each user but offers an option to extend this profile to your children. To enjoy an organized family calendar of schedules and events, color coded per child we suggest you give each child a profile.
Commily is all about your local community. Commily uses your zip code to ensure that all the groups and communities made available to you are within the area you live.
Your information is only made public to other Commily users.
Once you are logged in you are taken to your personal homepage. By editing your profile, you can add photographs of your family and create profiles for each of your family members. Once you start to build your buddy list, your homepage will give you a personalized view of your buddies, your messages and all you personal events created.
If you are a new user, choose the "create a new account" from the homepage and fill in all the requested information. Once you press "submit" your login credentials will be created. If you have already created an account login by placing your user ID and password in the login section.
On Commily you can communicate with families in your real community, to share information, exchange opinions, organize playdates for your children, schedule carpools and donate to charity.
On your home page, you will find an option to edit your family profile from within the “where to go from here”. Your family profile can be filled with descriptions of each kid, joint family interests, pics, movies and links.
